Start with a comprehensive review and update of an existing policy or the development of a new policy, customized for the organization. A review of the written policy is completed annually at no charge for established clients.

First Connect's Train the Trainer program will prepare a member of your organization to present employee education or supervisor reasonable suspicion training to your staff.

 

The designated trainer will receive instruction, an presentation, Trainer's Guide and support for the program.  Our Train the Trainer program and presentation materials are new every year - so your employees and supervisors will never see the same program twice.

Training at the company's designated or schedule a live group webinar.  Employers who need more flexibility in their scheduling can use our popular Flex Plan webinars to schedule attendees when it is most convenient for the company and individual's schedule.   All training is presented by an experienced, credentialed trainer.

With all of our services, support comes free of charge.  That includes an annual review of the company policy, guidance on program requirements and deadlines or policy questions and consultation when an employee situation arises.
