Our Story
Corporate Connections - now First Connect Corporate Services - was established in 2004 by a seasoned professional in occupational health, workers compensation, and the development of drug free workplace programs. What began as a local service provider quickly expanded to support employers throughout Ohio and across the United States.
Today, First Connect is dedicated to helping companies build strong and effective drug free workplace programs. While our focus has grown, we have never stepped away from our roots in workers compensation. Above all, we believe a comprehensive drug free workplace program creates a safer environment, supports early intervention, and gives employees the opportunity to get help before a violation occurs.
Our Experience
Over the years, we've worked with organizations with one small location and streamlined processes for multi-jurisdictional employers with thousands of employees across the country. We've worked to bridge the gap between unions and management, educated tens of thousands of employees in the dangers of substance use and trained supervisors on prevention, steps to follow when a situation arises and how to help employees who may be in need of assistance.
