Employee Education is taught by experienced, credentialed trainers at the company worksite or by live, interactive webinar. Employee Education is focused on substance use in the workplace, within the family and community, current trends, recognizing the signs and symptoms and resources for assistance. Trainings also includes information on the company's written policy.
A Train the Trainer program allows a member the employer's team to provide new hire or annual employee and supervisor education. Trainers will attend a three hour (employee) and four hour (supervisor) webinar session and are provided with education materials, a Trainer's Guide and support for the program. Employee materials, including the presention, are created new each year so employees will never see the same program twice. Train the Trainer programs are valid for three years.
A First Connect trainer will provide Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion Training in 1 or 2 hour formats at the company's designated location or by live, interactive webinar.
