First Connect is more than just a
training company.
We're not the kind of company who provides drug free training and then walks away until next year.
Our comprehensive menu of services focuses on the organization, the company culture and - most importantly - the employees. Supporting our client's drug free program is one of the most important services that we provide and it's included at no additional cost with policy development and training packages. In other words, call us anytime to answer questions about your policy, program requirements and deadlines or guidance when a situation with an employee arises. We'll even connect employers with our preferred network of collection locations and substance abuse providers.
First Connect Corporate Services is an Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) Drug Free Safety Program provider and our services are eligible for the Substance Use Recovery and Workplace Safety Program reimbursement. For more information about the Drug Free Safety Program, click here.
