Written Policy and Procedures
Start with a comprehensive review and update of an existing policy or the development of a new policy, customized for the organization. A review of the written policy is completed annually at no charge for established clients.
*DOT policy development also available.
Train the Trainer program
Our Train the Trainer program gives your organization the tools to deliver high-quality education from within. We prepare a member of your team to confidently present new hire and annual employee education, as well as supervisor reasonable suspicion training.
Your designated trainer receives step-by-step instruction, a complete PowerPoint presentation, a detailed Trainer’s Guide, and ongoing support whenever questions arise. Each year, we refresh our curriculum and employee education materials so your staff always receives accurate, up-to-date, and engaging content. Train the Trainer certificates remain valid for three years.

Flexible training options by our weekly scheduled webinars. Train individually or as a group on one date or multiple dates for one flat fee. Group rates for 5 or more.

Schedule a group webinar for your organization and access from up to 25 different locations for one flat cost.
Support Services
With all of our services, support comes free of charge. That includes an annual review of the company policy, guidance on program requirements and deadlines or policy questions and consultation when an employee situation arises.
Access to our network of preferred collection providers and substance abuse providers is also included.
